Our Remanufacturing Process
Inspection & Disassembly
Each caliper undergoes thorough inspection to assess condition and identify required components. Complete disassembly ensures all parts are evaluated individually.
Cleaning & Machining
Housings are cleaned to remove all contaminants and machined to restore original specifications. Critical surfaces are precision-ground for optimal seal performance.
Component Replacement
All seals, O-rings, and wear components are replaced with new OEM-quality parts. Pistons and other critical components are replaced as needed to meet specifications.
Assembly & Testing
Calipers are reassembled following strict procedures and tested using our proprietary Disc Brake Testing System (DBTS) to verify performance meets or exceeds OEM standards.
Quality Assurance & Packaging
Final inspection ensures all specifications are met. Calipers are properly preserved and packaged to prevent damage during shipping and storage.
